This beginning sounds activity will be a hit with your preschoolers and kindergarteners! These 2-piece Alphabet Beginning Sound Puzzles will have your students begging for more. The thick black lines make it easy to cut these out and match the pieces together.
Each word has the first letter written in red to make it easier for the student to focus on the initial letter and sound.

How to use these Alphabet Matching Sounds Puzzles:
- These beginning sounds activity puzzles are a great way for students to practice beginning letter sounds. Give them the object puzzle piece and have them find the matching letter. Or vice versa, give them the letter and have them find the object puzzle piece that has the beginning sound as the letter.
- You can do this activity with capitals or lowercase or even a mixture of both.
- This activity would work great for independent practice too! Use velcro dots to make a file folder game for a morning binder or practice with a sibling.
